Sacramento County Sheriff’s Office: North Division would like to remind all of our residents about the upcoming Community Meetings. All members of our community are invited to join and participate. This is your chance to interact directly with the law enforcement officers that serve your community!
During these meetings, we give updates to our communities, discuss crime statistics and trends, provide crime prevention tips and answer any questions that you may have.
Currently, community meetings are held via Zoom. This method allows us to have more members of the community present as you may join us from the comfort of your home.
We hold a total of four meetings, one per district we serve. The Town & Country area is in District 4. Below, you will find the dates and links for the upcoming meetings.
April 6th, 2021 at 6:00 PM – District 2: Carmichael, Old Foothill Farms
April 7th, 2021 at 6:00 PM – District 1: Elverta, Rio Linda, Antelope, North Highlands, Natomas, Foothill Farms, Airport, McClellan
April 13th, 2021 at 6:00 PM – District 3: Orangevale, Fair Oaks
April 14th, 2021 at 6:00 PM – District 4: Arden, Arden Park, Arden Arcade
We are also conducting a survey, if you wish to participate, please email us, answering the following questions:
- What would you like addressed in your community meeting?
- Are there any specific neighborhood issues you would like to bring to our attention?
- How do you receive communication from Sheriff’s Office and how do you share information about your community? (This will allow us to see if there are different/more effective ways we can get information out to you)
- Are any guest speakers that you would like to see during a meeting? Give us your ideas and we will try to make them happen.
